5 Week Winter Postpartum Strength and Core Program

Our programs focus on customized coaching to build strength and confidence in your postpartum body. This program is designed to bring mental, emotional, and physical awareness to the postpartum athlete. Athletes will be guided through techniques to help re-connect and re-learn how to properly breathe, and use your core to serve yourself and your body, as you move forward in your life-time journey of athleticism.
This class will provide assessments, tools, and discussions on how to recognize, manage, and mitigate issues such as diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse, and incontinence. This program is designed to offer a safe, supportive, and empowering environment that will meet women where they are in their postpartum experience as athletes. We will work together and learn how to use our ‘new’ bodies to build strength and power to thrive in the mountains, at the gym, or chasing our children. As always, your kids are welcome to join you for this class!
NOTE:
For women at least 8 weeks postpartum
Appointment with Pelvic Floor PT prior to program start is recommended
Small Group Zoom Classes
These are hard powering, sweaty workouts with (mostly but not all!) mother athletes. The class is designed to get moms (or anyone who is willing to wake up at 5:30 AM) their workout early to feel confident and energetic to tackle the rest of their day. These are 1-hour LIVE Full Body workout sessions. Children are welcome - my own kids are often in the gym with me, and it’s part of the experience. These are designed to be full body, strength and conditioning, home-workouts. There will be an emphasis on connecting you with your breath and core, and building power and dynamism from this strong base. Equipment is optional and regressions/modifications are offered throughout class with all movements.

1:1 Coaching
Are you working on an athletic goal or seeking specific support to break through to the next level of your physical strength? These customized workout sessions are designed to meet individual clients where they are in their journey of motherhood. You will be guided through the foundational process of using breath and core as a foundation to reconnect with your strength and power. You will receive assessments, tools, and discussions on how to recognize, manage, and mitigate issues such as diastasis recti, prolapse, and incontinence. 1-on-1 training is offered via zoom or in-person, and children are always welcome.
In-person training location options: Bridger Pilates Studio, Client’s home, or SavvyStrength studio.
