Pre-requisites FOR BEYOND POSTPARTUM:
Completed 6-week postpartum program OR contacted Savvy Strength Trainer directly to inquire further.
Program:
Designed to provide a strength routine to Postpartum women after they have completed the 6-week Postpartum Strength and Core program. These are high intensity, ongoing strength and functional fitness classes to push Mom’s further and help them reach their goals - whether it’s feeling more confident and solid in the gym, or thriving in the mountains
Babies are welcome. :)
HOw to SIGN UP?
To sign up, purchase a pack of 1, 3, or 6 classes from the button below. Then use the calendar on this page to register for your first class(es) using the code issued to you when you purchased your class pack.

ALREADY PURCHASED A PACK?
Use the calendar below to sign up for class by logging into your account or by using the code generated at the time of purchase of your pack (it’s in your email receipt if you did not create an account).
