Now more than ever your physical fitness deserves to be a priority to set you up daily to be your best self and parent. Sure, things are going to look different, progress might be slower, long runs/skis/bike rides might be on hold but, I guarantee that your success and strength can be just as good, better even, than your pre-parent life.

Hi, I’m Ellie.

My hope is to provide as many women as possible the knowledge, tools, and confidence to transform and embrace their bodies, learning not only to be a high-performing athlete, but an athlete as a mother.

In my career I’ve been fortunate to chart a path that incorporates the critical parts of my own life - social connection, physical strength, and time in the mountains. Teaching and mentoring others has been a source of inspiration for me. I love providing support and encouragement as students and clients progress through perceived barriers to meet their own goals.

Our athletic identity is not lost when motherhood begins.
